@machinaxflayon I always pick one member from each gen to turn on notifis for
But for you guys... I couldn't just pick one, and turned them on for everyone
Urshifu Incineroar and Rillaboom have been dominating Regulation F... Here are some sample spreads
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
Level: 50
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 12 HP / 156 Atk / 4 Def / 156 SpD / 180 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Aqua Jet
- U-turn
Incineroar @ Safety Goggles OR Safety Goggles
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD OR 252 HP / 100 Def / 156 SpD
Impish Nature OR Careful Nature
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz
- Will-O-Wisp
- Fake Out
Rillaboom @ Assault Vest
Ability: Grassy Surge
Level: 50
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Atk / 140 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Grassy Glide
- U-turn
- Fake Out
Here's why they work so well together
- Double Fake Out + Urshifu is inherently broken. The best counterplay for Fake Out is Protect. Urshifu obviously ignores Protect, thanks to Unseen Fist
- Fire Water Grass type synergy. They cover each other's weaknesses very well for the most part. Urshifu is weak to Psychic, Electric, Grass, and Flying. Rllaboom and Incineroar cover almost all of these except Flying
- Triple Pivot allows for a very dynamic and fluid gameplay. It is very easy to create out-of-the-box options with U-Turn/Parting Shot + Fake Out pressure
- Incineroar and Rillaboom provide a strong defensive backbone, while Urshifu provides offense
Here's how to use them:
- Focus on creating an abundance of options. Pressure pivots but don't mindlessly pivot out. Keep your opponent guessing
- Urshifu can be very slippery to pin down thanks to its fast pivot potential. Use this combined with intelligently timed Fake Outs to keep your opponent guessing. Tera Steel is great so defensively swap typings into threats such as Rillaboom or Flutter Mane
- I personally prefer a max bulk Incineroar. I've seen Adamant picking up but I can not see a reason to not go Careful or Impish. Figure out which you like better and roll with it. Careful feels better into a wide range of matchups for me, while Impish helps into very specific matchups
- Learn the limits of this core. We still have 3 other Pokemon to pick. Knowing what this core struggles into (such as Dragon Types) can help you choose the next 3 mons to go
Here's what the spreads do:
Incineroar:
- Hits Def/SpD bump, rest in other stat. I tried 252/204+ impish at regionals but I think the best Incineroar is somewhere in the middle. 252 / 100 in def/spdef is a good amount of mixed bulk
- I personally go less speed on Incineroar so I can WoW opposing Incin on their Parting Shots or click Parting Shot on their switch-in
Rillaboom:
- Hits Atk Bump
- Max HP
- Rest in SpD (Even number is good for AV bc 1.5x multiplier)
- At regionals I had much less attack, I think going up to 116+ is a change I'd make. 116+ allows us to hit tera'd Incineroar for a decent chunk along with a lot of the metagame. 116+ also never misses the OHKO on Flutter Mane
Urshifu:
- Hits Atk bump
- Outspeeds 252 speed Ursaluna-BM in Tailwind
- Survives 100+ Thunderclap from Raging Bolt

Sonic has absolutely no understanding of Dragon Ball Z, as demonstrated by his inability to convey the most basic information.
