I’ve been on a carnivore diet x 10 years from age 49 to now age 59
In that time frame I have effectively lost zero strength, I’ve never taken TRT or steroids or other performance enhancing drugs.
Of course I have trained that entire time and continue to push myself hard.
It is my experience that my very clean diet helps to keep my joints and tendons feeling good so I can train with the appropriate intensity!
I have documented this consistently over the years for anyone to compare where I was then performance wise to where I am now! In many ways I’m even better now!
@_The_Prophet__ I’m going to share this with my kids (33, 28) when they come home for Christmas.
They’re millennials? but I see a lot of this spilling into their lives.
We definitely have our work cut out for us
