@Hyhhuu7yhi@PollTracker2024 I think I will only listen to real polls that have random samples that represent the electorate. Not some analyst's guesses.
@hpv6rpzp4w@PollTracker2024 You don't know how I dismiss YouGov too. There are real polls, but the real ones have truly random samples, at least some live interviewers and years of a track record.
@realPrestonHill Not a real poll. It doesn't come close to being a statistically random sample. It's some analyst's guesswork at who the voting population will be.
@WilyCoyote5@samstein The reason Trump did this was purely domestic politics. He is scared by high diesel and gas prices and what that means for US elections in three weeks. I don't think he is thinking beyond that.
@wilycoyote5
@WilyCoyote5@samstein I think Stein is referring to Trump accepting diesel from Russia and the fight between Trump and Zelensky that has resulted from it.
@ilirakshe1 The plague thing isn't anything significant. AI is a joke despite all of the hype around it. Trump and his supporters are almost gone. Climate is serious but we have made progress on it. Russia is pretty bad but Putin is an old man who won't be around long. Maybe not in 5 years.
@Hyhhuu7yhi@scott_kernen I don't think Quantus and Insider Advantage have ever used random probability samples. And they don't have money to hire live interviewers. They are low quality polls.
My pretty hot take: Bottoms (D) is leading in GA-Gov by a decent margin. Polls from the last month that show Jackson (R) ahead are low quality with an unbelievably high discrepancy between Ossoff and Bottoms' numbers.
