I want to share resource with #disabilityTwitter that I just found thanks to @DSGMU. It's called #NaturalReader. It's an online #texttospeech, OCR reader. You can upload PDFS/e-books/word documents etc. and it will read them to you. Its #FREE for the basic version,

I think a major reason why so many feel let down by academia (and research) is that academia is supposed to be the place where truth reigns supreme, and it doesn’t matter who you are, the truth is the only thing that matters.

But, academia is still hierarchical so the truth can still be superseded by power if those with power wish.
