@OESCnews @oescexe I filed for UI on 4/5, but was denied because I was denied since I still work 20 hrs. Why am I not getting PUA? I was told by my employer I would be eligible for the PUA because of the loss of hours. I have tried to apply for the PUA but it is grayed out. Please help!!
@tianamonsi @oescexe Thank you. I'm trying to help my mom. She filed for UI on 4/5 and was denied because she still works 20 hours a week. We have been trying everyday since then to file for PUA. There is always a glitch or the website changes or the info changes each day.
@Austinwaynemor1 @oescexe I know your frustration. I have been trying to help my mom file for PUA for 5 weeks since she was denied UI (hours cut in half and doesn't qualify for regular UI). Nobody has ever called her back. The ppl she does manage to speak to in person give her conflicting info.
@oescexe Is that why an email was sent today telling my mom to create a new account???? replacing the one she has had for 5 weeks and the one the debit card (with 0 balance) was issued to her. This is so confusing.
I understand that the OESC is completely overwhelmed and understaffed, but maybe, just maybe, IT can step in and help them design a user friendly website?. Any help on navigating the website is very much appreciated! #oescexd @oescexe

Spent HOURS helping my mom apply for the PUA. It is maddening! Somewhere deep in the OESC website is the application. Still haven't found it.. #oescexd @oescexe

We managed to connect her SSN to something... but what? It doesn't say: "you have successfully connected your SSN and have therefore submitted your application for PUA"
It just says your SSN is connected. That's it! #oescexd @oescexe
