Flags are being flown at half-mast and a small memorial has accumulated at Turning Point USA’s headquarters here in Phoenix, AZ, for late founder Charlie Kirk. Kirk was assassinated earlier today at an event held at a college in Utah.

Anti-ICE protest in downtown Phoenix on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The protest was organized by the Phoenix Party of Socialism and Liberty, which gave out signs reading 'Release Joel Gutierrez Now!' for an Arizona man that was recently detained by ICE.

@ZeeThaChosen I know there was a protest this morning at the capitol building. I'm not affiliated with any of the groups that have been organizing these protests, but I'd suggest keeping an eye on social media like instagram or tiktok! I usually see people posting about the protests on there!
