@erichoke You would think that church council members… Many who work in healthy corporate cultures like the one described…would advise and guide senior pastors in developing the kind of healthy HR practices you describe in this example. I find myself wondering why this isn’t the case.

@erichoke My wife and I created window inserts (using cheap thick poster-like material from home depot) that shut out ALL morning light and gave us an extra hour of kid-free time in the morning. Made a huge difference in how long they slept when they were little.
