In Nov 2025, someone fraudulently opened accounts at @Chase using our small business’s name and EIN. Chase investigated and confirmed the fraud IN WRITING. We thought it was resolved.

It wasn’t. A thread about how Chase’s mistake may shut down our coffee shop. 🧵1/7

@Chase @ChaseSupport @jpmorgan: your fraud team’s incomplete investigation created this. We have every document ready. We need a human with authority to remove a MATCH listing based on an account YOUR bank confirmed was fraudulent.
