@AmericanAir Why is AA blaming the passenger(s) when we have already lost our personal and business properties that are valuable ? Should you consider the possibility of the chance this could be another theft esp when the central Baggae came to conclusion quickly without even investigations

AA @AmericanAir is notorious for flight delays and lost & damage luggages. Furthermore to wrongfully accuse & bully passengers and say that passengers do not take proper care 2secure luggages before handling over to checked luggage so AA can deny claims !

@AmericanAir So you allow your Central Baggae personnel to falsely accuse and wrongly claim that my luggage was not properly secured when I have properly documented the luggage handling on my end before giving it to the care of the AA bag check? Is this how you treat your longtime customers ?

@AmericanAir Central Baggage is too quick to deny claims without proper investigations. Personnel such as Michelle C continues to blame the passengers/ me in this case for losing items from a properly secured bag when it was given to AA checked luggage but got back w/o the lock secured. Why?

@AmericanAir your multiple flight delays over 5hr+ each way with no explanations for a confirmed & ticketed round trip itinerary is unacceptable. Furthermore Baggae handling - damaged / missing personal & business property. Filed 2x complaints with the DOT’s air consumer division

@AmericanAir You ticketed ppl till you have a large aircraft full with passengers rather than having to fly 2-3 half empty flights both ways If both legs flights had to be delayed for mechanical issues, cos there were no other issues un-avoidable such as weather, then your planes need upgrade

@MarioNawfal Making any ambitious grasshopper founder w no/limited banking history 2panic & agree w SVB & allow SVB to raise funds on its behalf, from SVB’s circle of VCs, & give $$$ to startup as a form of a loan. CATCH Startup would have to open a bank act w/ SVB and continue to do banking

@MarioNawfal It courted & offered to startup founders, esp pre-revenue/even pre-PowerPoint ie idea stage companies, a group of attys from a very high profile firms that no company needs esp not at that stage, at a high cost upwards of $50K to just to form a simple DE inc & some basic legal ad
