At some point we need to really scrutinise our courts fully and the reasons behind some of the decisions they make, like how some Judges allow foreigners who are drug dealers to get bailโฆ This decision is one that shocked me where a Judge FORCED the Home Affairs Department to give a Nigerian naturalisation in 15 days or take the Minister to Jail๐ณ๐ณโผ๏ธ A clear over reach for the court and setting a bad precedence while taking away the powers of Home Affairs and giving it to foreigners to abuse our system @HomeAffairsSA The Judge who made that Judgement is herself a naturalised citizen in this country, a clear conflict of interest, so why was she the presiding judge in this case???๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ @GovernmentZA
High Court grants interim relief to Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma in National Dialogue dispute
Anti-illegal immigration activist Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma, together with Dr Gordon Lesley Rolls and Mamile Sikhosana, have secured partial court relief in their urgent High Court application against President Cyril Ramaphosa and National Dialogue structures.
The applicants argued they were unlawfully excluded as nominated immigration sector representatives without consultation or due process, despite active participation in the National Dialogue since March 2026.
During Tuesday's hearing, the parties reached an agreement allowing the currently nominated candidates through recognised sectors to continue participating in the Steering Committee's work until their formal letters of appointment are finalised and issued.
The development provides interim stability to the dialogue process while addressing concerns over procedural fairness raised by the applicants.
It comes amid ongoing tensions, with Ngobese-Zuma's March and March movement pressing the government on undocumented immigration through weekly protests and public demands.
Further details on the full resolution of the application are expected in due course.
๐จMohammed Salah on the loss vs Argentina today:
๐ฃ๏ธ: โItโs difficult to accept a result like this because I honestly donโt think football was the deciding factor tonight.
We gave everything we had, but when the officiating consistently go against you, it becomes impossible to compete.
Iโm not looking for excuses, but everyone watching could see what happened. At this level, you expect fairness above all else. Instead, it felt like they already had their favorites. The entire world saw that today, and thatโs all Iโll say.โ
Argentina got a penalty from the same type of Foul that Mo Salah got denied a penalty for, lol we cannot compete . Just Give Argentina the world Cup and stop wasting all our time ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

BREAKING: South African Police Service finds many rounds of live ammunition and AK-47 assault rifles in an ongoing operation against illegal mining in Westonaria. The question is: why are illegal foreign miners armed with weapons of war if their operation is all about mining?
An operation led by the SAPS and the SANDF has arrested over 150 suspected illegal miners in an open field near the Losberg section of Kloof Mine in Westonaria, on the West Rand.
The vast majority of the detained individuals hail from Lesotho and Mozambique.
Police are currently processing the scene of the incident. PM

Jacinta Ngobese just reminded us why we follow her.
"The day you say 'sicheme no Jacinta' ..;you will have betrayed this entire cause." โ Jacinta Ngobese.
Don't idolize her. Don't make the same mistake we made with politicians.
Focus on the goal. Reclaim South Africa. Put South Africans first.
She said:
"Even without me, March and March MUST continue."
"We have idolized politicians for way too long โ even when they were wrong. Don't make the same mistake with me."
"I refused for March and March T-shirts and posters to have my face on it."
"The GOAL is to reclaim South Africa โ not to make it about me."
This is not a politician seeking power.
This is not a celebrity chasing fame.
She is telling us: the movement is not about her. It is about South Africa. It is about our children. It is about our future.
The movement continues. The fight continues. South Africa continues.
A year later, I remain in awe of the courage, conviction, and intentionality demonstrated by General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi and his colleagues.
