Creating something new always needs lots of different voices and perspectives in a room, but officially forming a team can take time.

Here's how we brought together many disciplines across the @BritishRedCross to create #leapsandgrounds

[Mike Adamson @MichaelAdamson5]

The week just gets better & better. Today I went to the launch of our new, super-cool, second (!) Leaps & Grounds outlet in Brixton market. 17 refugee women baristas already trained, 12 more on the way. Oh & btw, the coffee is delicious. Pop on down. 😁🥳 @CuriousRalph

Honestly have never retweeted anything with so much joy. BRING THEM TO YOUR EVENTS.

Are you looking for a speciality coffee trader for an upcoming event? Do you want to stand out to your employees, customers or clients? You're in luck - you can now hire Leaps & Grounds! 👌🎊

PS one of my favourite moments was on the Albert Embankment. Two girls had stopped to leave their bags at the bag-drop and were walking up and down the queue trying desperately to find their friends. One of the queue marshals tried to help them by suggesting they give..

If you drink coffee at home then there is literally no possible reason NOT to buy this coffee.

@CaravanRoastery make some of the best coffee in the world and you can feel smug about how ethical you are while you sip it.

That, my friends, is what they call a win win. ☕️

Leaps & Grounds coffee is available online!! You can now enjoy @CaravanRoastery / Leaps & Grounds coffee outside of London!

Proceeds from online sales go back into L&G, to support more women who've experienced forced displacement into employment.

@henryrowling It’s a very special place. Even when you’re there it’s impossible to believe you’re in Scotland!

[Brid Brosnan @BridBrosnan2]

The months of following my feet around Scotland are officially over with a glorious final stretch in the outer Hebrides!

It was, without a doubt, the best thing I have ever done and I feel like my brain is brand new. HMU if you ever need any hiking tips for Scotland!

[Brid Brosnan @BridBrosnan2]

On this note, I am now looking for work. I'm looking for longer term opps in Dublin - but also keen to pick up any short-term work straight away to get my new brain back in gear!

If you've got any quick projects or Dublin connections, I'd love to know about them!

[Brid Brosnan @BridBrosnan2]

Can you hear my applause from the Isle ofMull?? — what a great job from BRC innovation and the whole #leapsandgrounds team. ❤️🙌 @CeciliaPeker @charjwilton @abardrick @LizzieOSulliva3 @JackiePrins13

[Adam Rowlands @CuriousRalph]

Really excited to see #leapsandgrounds at @CampBestival - not just serving great coffee and funding refugee work in the process but also creating a soft entry point for discussions on refugee issues with a whole new demographic 🥰💪

👋 Fancy a Friday afternoon distraction?

Me & some pals are designing a product to make creative thinking a habit.

If you think creative thinking skills are a gap for your team or organisation, could you do this survey?

Me & some pals are building a product to make creative thinking a habit and we want to hear from people who think creative thinking skills are a gap in their team.

If that's you, could you do this quick survey?

I think there is a surprising level of nativity amongst designers who “want to do more strategy” about how little strategic thinking actually happens inside most businesses.

[Brid Brosnan @BridBrosnan2]

Can you believe how great it looks? 😍

Beaten only by the wonderful taste of @CaravanRoastery Market Blend.

Get on down to 44 Moorfields ❤️

[Lizzie O'Sullivan @LizzieOSulliva3]

Leaps & Grounds is back!! ☕

Please pop by on your coffee break and support our relaunch week. We've got the same great coffee (all credit goes to @CaravanRoastery) and are in the same spot as the pilot. We've got a new, bigger & better set up and a wonderful team of baristas.💛

[Brid Brosnan @BridBrosnan2]

Yes that’s right — we are back!! ☕️

Same delicious @CaravanRoastery coffee. Bigger and better coffee pod.

Come see #LeapsAndGrounds at Moorgate from Monday @ 8am. ❤️❤️

This is such a detailed and useful piece of work - incredible resource for anyone delving into community dynamics. Amazing job @charjwilton

[Charlotte Wilton @charjwilton]

Mapping our insights to define the best problem area that:
1) would meet the communities goals
2) find our role locally (without duplication or negatively effecting local dynamics).
Was one of my biggest challenges of 2021, so I wrote a blog about it: https://t.co/TPAJB3sl7u
