Meanwhile her physical and mental health is deteriorating with all the stress of living in freezing conditions for 4 months, roof leaking then going to work in the NHS in this pandemic.

@YourSSE Oh dear... what poor responses and poor customer service! My sister has had her gas meter stolen and was just told to call back in a week and see.. meanwhile she has to work long hours in the nhs and come home to no heating or hot water for God know how long! Terrible service!
