The students also got the chance to hear about Joanne's (one of the mentor's) journey from Taiwan to NYC🏙️ and the power of statistics using real life example from the CRC nomogram she worked on!
The event included activities (for instance guessing ages in this pic) to introduce basic statistical concepts and how to apply them for critical thinking 🧠.
