🚨BREAKING: A new federal lawsuit accuses California Secretary of State Shirley Weber of violating federal law by failing to clean up inactive voter registrations that should have been removed years ago.

The shocking numbers:
- 873,092 registrations inactive for at least 2 general federal elections
- 326,808 inactive for at least 3
- 151,202 inactive for at least 4
- 33,922 inactive for at least 5 — some dating back before 2016

These “ghost voters” remain on the rolls despite clear federal requirements to maintain accurate lists. This is exactly why election integrity matters.

Damning New Testimony in the Karmelo Anthony Murder Trial Could Seal His Fate...

A teammate who was sitting right next to the two teens and witnessed the stabbing testified that:

-Students repeatedly asked Anthony to leave their tent
-Anthony refused, told Austin Metcalf, "Touch me and find out"
-The physical contact was "minor pushing at most"
-Anthony sat with his hand inside his backpack the whole time

When the prosecutor asked who was provoking the confrontation, the witness answered plainly: "Karmelo Anthony."

He testified he did not believe it was self-defense.

This is sworn testimony, from one of Anthony's own peers who was right there.

April 2025.. Anthony walks into the Memorial High School tent at a Frisco ISD track meet.. it is not his school's tent..

He is asked to leave.. not once.. not twice.. at least 15 times..

He refuses every single one..

He starts provoking Austin Metcalf..

Metcalf pushes him.. the witness described it as not a hard push..

Anthony reaches into his book bag.. pulls out a knife.. and stabs Metcalf in the chest..

He tosses the weapon..

He runs..

and here's what nobody wants to say out loud..

Texas self-defense law has two hard requirements.. you must have a reasonable belief of imminent lethal harm.. and you must NOT have provoked the confrontation..

Anthony provoked it.. the witness said so..

The push was not hard.. the witness said so..

The knife came from his book bag.. meaning he carried it in.. it was not grabbed in a panic..

He had a prior school suspension for bringing a knife.. this was not his first time..

Tossing the weapon and running is not what someone does when they believe they were justified..

the system worked for the prosecution today.. every element of that sequence cuts directly against the legal standard for self-defense.

🗳️ Many have been asking me describe the potential signature verification loophole for Los Angeles mail in ballots.

It says: “If a voter is unable to sign, the voter can make a mark witnessed by one person.”

Here, the person drew a happy face & “witnessed” it with a scribble. That scribble isn’t validated as being a real person. No name, nothing.

While a happy face may draw scrutiny, a plain line would not.

This could hypothetically enable mass harvesting where the voter never fills out, signs or even sees their own ballot.

We should be told how many ballots show up without the voter’s signature.
