5. **Appeal to Emotions**: Propaganda was designed to appeal to emotions rather than reason. Fear, pride, hatred, and loyalty were commonly leveraged to manipulate public opinion.

6. **Use of Modern Media**: Goebbels was an early adopter of using new media like radio and film for propaganda. He understood the power of these mediums to reach into the homes of the German public with state-controlled messages.

7. **Control of Information**: All media was under strict control, with censorship ensuring that only the Nazi viewpoint was disseminated. This control extended to the arts, literature, and education.

8. **Big Lie**: Goebbels famously used the "Big Lie" technique, which posited that if a lie is audacious enough and repeated enough times, it would be believed because people could not conceive that someone would distort the truth so egregiously.

9. **Cult of Personality**: He helped cultivate the Führer cult around Hitler, presenting him as a savior figure for Germany, which was crucial for maintaining loyalty and obedience.

10. **Mobilization**: Propaganda was not just about convincing people but also about mobilizing them for action, whether it was for war, economic policies, or social changes in line with Nazi ideology.

These tactics were part of a broader strategy to control public opinion, suppress dissent, and promote the Nazi agenda. Goebbels' approach was methodical, pervasive, and deeply manipulative, contributing significantly to the Nazi regime's control over German society during the 1930s and 1940s.
