Fourth grade students at Plaza Tower Elementary School in Moore got an up-close demonstration of K9 Athena today. Students were shown how valuable Athena and other search and rescue dogs are when fire departments must search for lost or injured humans.

Crews are responding to a vehicle accident on 1250 just east of Sara RD. 1250 is closed between Sara and Morgan. Please avoid the area.

Vehicle involved has been cleared from the roadway. OEC crews remain on scene replacing a power pole.

BCFD is working a vehicle accident on Tecumseh just west of county line. Vehicle has struck a power pole and knocked out power. OEC is on scene as well working to restore power. Please avoid the area.

We have opened Coubty Road 1250 back up, please just use caution as OEC is working on power lines still.

We have a single vehicle accident between Morgan rd and County alone rd on 1250. Power lines are down, we have 1250 blocked in that mile section. Please make plans to take alternate route.

At 1245pm, Bridge Creek FD, along with surrounding departments responded to a report of a grass fire around structures. Unfortunately with the winds today the fire spread to the structures quickly, but we were able to contain the fire to this property without spreading.
