I had an amazing time at Family Day yesterday at @BridgesMathart. Chaim Goodman-Strauss, Scott Vorthmann, and I ran a hat tile build. We found out when we got there that we were not allowed to use the floor, but we improvised and were able to make a pretty big tiling anyway.

Last activity at the @BridgesMathart conference for today: #Math #Theater. The play is "Lovesong of the Electric Bear" by Snoo Wilson, a piece about the tragic life and death of Alan M. Turing. Kudos to the🧸, who had to deliver the most amount of lines while in a hot costume.

Another activity this afternoon at the @BridgesMathart conference: #family day. Hosted by the Science Museum of Virginia visitors can build card sculptures, wear tetrahedron-balloon hats, create their own #math balls to play with, or build an emerging artwork; among other things.
