@Amtrak — really? I booked my Christmas trains in July. I just re-checked the time so my sister could get the same one — cancelled. No email/text notice, nothing. Just good luck that I checked, or I’d be spending Christmas Eve at Moynihan Station. Great customer service, Amtrak.
@Delta, I’m a very loyal customer; love your ground and flight crews. Arrived at La Guardia pre-dawn for a 7:00am flight to find it cancelled LAST NIGHT sans notice. I was rebooked on a later flight with a downgraded seat. The message from desk ladies: too bad. Customer service?
