@HSTeachProbs After my formal observation my 2nd year of teaching, my AP and my alt cert observer told me, "Formal observations should be a dog and pony show. Don't teach like you normally do, just put on a show." Still makes me angry 7 years later.

@MsSheldon702 @CmonMattTHINK If we were paired with teachers from other disciplines then finding the cross curricular ideas would be easier. Engineering would be fairly easy to find cross curricular things for me because it is a math based discipline.

The "solution" came 2 weeks in to the year when the counselors "leveled the lunches" and I got an email Th PM saying Fri AM my 4pd now has 1st lunch. This sched change wiped out all grades for that class. IPRs were due Fri PM.

@Kassi_Gongora When I had mine inserted I was in pain for a day or two before I was finally comfortable. Taking it out was also slightly uncomfortable, but not nearly as much as having it inserted.
