@magoniareview You seem rather confused about the subject. A trans man would be unlikely to be wearing women's clothing. And the Supreme Court ruling was that a trans man should use a female toilet.

It's remarkable that the EHRC guidance that could mean a trans man can use neither a male toilet nor a female toilet has passed through the hands of hundreds of supposedly intelligent people - civil servants, lawyers, politicians - with none saying "Hang on, this is crazy!" 🏳️‍⚧️
