I hate this story so much. Now caregivers have to leave in fear of "helpful" people trying to secretly dose people with dementia. Not cool at all. Dangerous all around!
Tried to buy a new phone, they only sell them on two year contracts. Tried to switch carriers, computer system kept returning errors. Eight hours and no way to get a working phone.
@Bell_Support My phone won't stay on the network and after hours back and forth it has been determined it's because my IMEI is showing a blackberry I haven't had since 2022. Will take 4 days to fix. But they can register a new phone today! Why not the phone I already own?
Trying to apply for a federal grant and can't because the form has no option for our community in the address section. No Westport, no Brier Island, no Digby County. Gee I wonder why our rural areas lack adequate infrastructure!

👏The TRSAs were a pragmatic approach that "circumvented the constraints of zero-sum litigation," "improved Indigenous-non-Indigenous relations," and "represented the willingness of First Nations and the province to participate in innovative policy solutions."
The court emphasized the Crown’s responsibility to engage in reconciliation with the Wolastoqey Nation. The court confirmed this duty of reconciliation is a “legal duty, not just a moral one on the part of the Crown”.
Landmark Decision in Wolastoqey Title Claim
The six Wolastoqey communities in New Brunswick have achieved an enormous victory in our Aboriginal title claim. This is a precedent setting decision - a major advancement in Aboriginal law with implications across the country. #nbpoli
@JeanneCBC I was taught to stay back to keep the intersection clear in case of an emergency vehicle approaching perpendicular. It is also safer for pedestrians, especially those crossing last-minute. Plus, if traffic is always backed up, hopefully the city will put in a turning light there.
