Tea culture has a history of thousands of years in #China. According to the color and processing method, tea in China is divided into six categories: white tea, black tea, oolong tea, green tea, yellow tea and dark tea.
Green tea is made from the new, unfermented leaves or buds of the tea tree through the process of heating, shaping and drying. After brewing, the tea leaves and tea soup retain the green color and more of the natural substances in the leaves, reducing vitamin loss. The famous green tea production area includes Hangzhou in China's Zhejiang Province, Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, Huangshan in Anhui Province and other places.
