@LeeTwarcher I’ve been trying it (with a great deal of skepticism) and it seems to work wonders. Swear by them now, but takes a bit of getting used to. It’s not a magic fix of course but it goes a long way to calm my anxiety. Hope this helps in some way 🙏🏻
@LeeTwarcher Take a warm shower, then reduce the hot water & turn up the cold, a few steps at a time. Once it’s cold enough to take your breath away endure for 30 seconds or more. This will reset your stress response to a higher level, so the previous anxiety seems a lot less in comparison.
