@theborrowshopjq Happy to help if you’re happy to deal online? I’m assuming you need a 2021 tax return filed? Email [email protected] if you’d like a quote. Many thanks
@BradleysAndCo@HMRCcustomers Does yours allow you to do a ‘test’ file before a final one? I’ve found if I unclick the ‘test’ file and then just file live it worked! Good luck!
@HMRCcustomers I’m getting Delayed response error messages with ever return I’m trying to file today? Is says to try again in an hour (I’m filing through @taxcalc so this is their wording)
@LeonieJanaS Yes, you’re correct! It sounds odd but tax is technically due tomorrow and if it’s late they’ll charge you interest, albeit at a very low rate, but the return doesn’t have to be filed until end of Feb. You can still make a payment and if it’s too much they’ll refund it 😉
@TiegeHarrington You’re supposed to, and you’re right, impossible to know until you’ve completed it. They’ll charge interest, which is minimal, until you pay it, but won’t fine you. Or you can pay them a bit on account and that’ll sit as a credit until you submit
