บริษัท คลาวด์ไนน์ เอนเตอร์เทนเมนท์ จำกัด ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า ขณะนี้บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับบุคคลที่กระทำการหมิ่นประมาท “ไบร์ท วชิรวิชญ์ ชีวอารี” ศิลปินในสังกัด ผ่านถ้อยคำหรือการแสดงออกที่บิดเบือน เสียดสี หรือสร้างความเข้าใจผิดในทางที่ส่งผลเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียงของศิลปินในวงกว้าง

ผู้กระทำผิดได้ยอมรับความผิด พร้อมทั้งออกแถลงการณ์ขอโทษต่อศิลปินอย่างเป็นทางการ และตกลงรับผิดชอบตามกระบวนการทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นที่เรียบร้อย

บริษัทฯ ขอเน้นย้ำจุดยืนอย่างชัดเจนว่า จะไม่ยินยอมให้มีการกระทำใด ๆ ที่เป็นการหมิ่นประมาทหรือใส่ร้ายศิลปินในสังกัด ไม่ว่าจะผ่านโซเชียลมีเดีย หรือช่องทางสื่อสารใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น หากปรากฏความพยายามใดในการทำลายชื่อเสียงของศิลปิน บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุดโดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้น

ท้ายที่สุดนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอขอบคุณแฟนคลับทุกท่านที่ร่วมมือส่งข้อมูลและหลักฐานมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง พวกเราขอยืนยันว่า จะปกป้องสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของศิลปินในสังกัดอย่างเต็มที่ และจะไม่ยอมให้ใครมาทำลายชื่อเสียงของศิลปินโดยไม่รับผลจากการกระทำนั้น

Cloud9 Entertainment Co., Ltd. would like to inform the public that legal action has been taken against individuals who defamed our artist, “BRIGHT Vachirawit Chivaaree”, through misleading, distorted, or sarcastic remarks that led to widespread misunderstanding and harm to his reputation.

These individuals have admitted to their misconduct, issued formal public apologies, and accepted full legal responsibility.

We would like to make our stance clear: Cloud9 Entertainment does not and will not tolerate defamation, mockery, or baseless accusations directed at our artist, regardless of the platform. We consider such behavior unacceptable. Any future attempts to smear or undermine the integrity of our artist will be met with decisive legal action, without exception.

Lastly, we sincerely thank all fans who have continued to share information and evidence with us. Your support plays a vital role in enabling us to protect our artist’s rights, dignity, and reputation—firmly and without compromise.
