June is #CaribbeanAmericanHeritageMonth. BrightSpring celebrates the important contributions Caribbean-Americans have made in many areas of American life.
From the founding of our country to culture, business, and science, Caribbean-Americans have helped shape our nation in profound ways.
Regenia Beckner does not live in the state she leads. So, she shows up there in person.
An @AdorationHealth Regional Leader based in Abingdon, VA, and the 2025 LEGACY Award recipient for the North Region, Regenia has built a region where people feel valued, heard, and supported — by volunteering to step into Maryland mid-year, by coaching multiple leaders into their next role, and by leading with the kind of consistency, focus, and service-oriented humanity her teams describe as steady. Even under pressure.
Her story is what "Get Going" looks like in practice. Read more of our latest "The Way We Lead" spotlights here: https://t.co/UgA8zR6sMO

During Employee Wellness Month, BrightSpring understands that well-being is about more than just medical care. We support our team by caring for the whole person: physically, mentally, and financially.
That’s why we offer voluntary benefits to meet a range of needs. Options include legal assistance, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and employee assistance programs featuring support for mental health, financial counseling, and legal resources.
When our people are supported, they can bring their best selves to work and create a lasting impact for the people and communities we serve each day.

When a patient mid-course on a specialty infusion was about to leave for college across the country, Helena Hawkins made sure her care didn’t miss a beat.
An Amerita Specialty Infusion Services Branch Coordinator in New Hyde Park, NY and recipient of the Quality Person Award, Helena coordinated continuation of care across multiple states — the new servicing branch, sales colleagues, the patient’s parents, and the patient’s college clinic, where Amerita’s nursing team delivered the infusion. Her colleagues describe her as dedicated, proactive, and compassionate — and her work is the reason the college asked Amerita back for the next visit.

A teenager Chrissy Martin recently transported from detention told her she should become a foster parent — because he thought she could make a real difference for kids like him. He still checks in with her every week.
That's the kind of leader Chrissy is. As a Compliance and Quality Leader with StepStone Family & Youth Services in Kentucky, she drives the systems and standards that keep youth safer — and never loses sight of the young people behind the work. Her story is a great example of Working Smart and Doing Good.

This #JewishAmericanHeritageMonth, BrightSpring celebrates the rich history, culture, and contributions of Jewish Americans in our communities and across the nation.
Together, we recognize and appreciate the diversity that enriches the lives of those we serve every day.
Renee Newkirk has been with #AllWaysCaringHomeCare in Valdosta, GA for years — and she earned the @TheRealANCOR DSP of the Year Award by doing what she does every day: showing up for the people she supports, no matter what.
When Renee noticed a gap in her client's foundational skills, she advocated for what he needed and committed herself to helping close it. When a devastating house fire upended her own life, she stayed in contact with families and kept her clients supported while rebuilding from nothing.
Her story is a powerful example of Working Smart and Doing Good. Read more in our latest "The Way We Lead" spotlight. https://t.co/UgA8zR6sMO

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country.
At BrightSpring Health Services, we are grateful for their courage and dedication, and we remember the freedoms their service made possible.
We offer our deepest gratitude to our nation’s heroes and their families. Today and always, we remember.
Myriam King wanted her team at Starting Point Nursing Services to feel supported, informed, and set up to do their best work. So she built something to make that happen.
The visibility tool she created gives both leadership and individual team members a clear picture throughout the month — not just at the end of it. The result: a team that can solve problems earlier, support each other better, and show up for patients in San Antonio, TX with more consistency and care.
Her story is a great example of Working Smart and Doing Good. Read more in our latest "The Way We Lead" spotlight. https://t.co/UgA8zR6sMO

When patients need connection, she creates the opportunity. Recognized by colleagues at Brinlee Creek Ranch for going consistently above and beyond, Jennifer leads by doing — every day.

During Brain Injury Awareness Week, BrightSpring is proud to recognize the life-changing impact of our neurorehabilitation team at Rehab Without Walls and the resilience of patients like Guadalupe “Lupe” P.
After an anoxic brain injury following cardiac arrest in late 2024, Lupe faced complex medical challenges and required around-the-clock care when he returned home. Through Rehab Without Walls’ home and community-based program, his interdisciplinary team worked closely with him and his family, adapting care to his needs, improving home safety, and supporting his progress every step of the way.
What started as challenges with memory, communication, and mobility became meaningful milestones. By the end of his program, Lupe was writing full sentences, using strategies to stay organized, and becoming more independent in his daily life. Today, he continues to make progress, walking with his mother and staying active at the gym.
Stories like Lupe’s show the power of personalized, compassionate care and the difference it can make for people and their families.
This Brain Injury Awareness Week, we celebrate the dedication of our Rehab Without Walls team and the strength of those they serve.

Your strength and service make a real difference in the lives of those who have served our country. Thank you for everything you do.

Today, we celebrate #FlorenceNightingale, the founder of modern nursing. She devoted her life to helping the poor and the sick, and her impact on healthcare is still felt.
We honor her and the groundbreaking work she did to improve patient care in hospitals, use evidence to guide care, and elevate the nursing profession.
When Bonnie Tikiun's client lost his father while in the hospital, she didn't wait for her next scheduled shift. She showed up — on her own time, without pay — because she knew he needed someone there.
That's who Bonnie is. An All Ways Caring HomeCare DSP in Anchorage, AK and the LEGACY of Care Caregiver of the Year, Bonnie coordinates care around the clock, fills gaps before families feel them, and gives more than any role requires. Her story is a powerful example of Working Smart and Doing Good. https://t.co/9L9pQv5gB6
