Look outside your window and actually see the world for what it is. Lots of people having good experiences with a little bad sprinkled in occasionally.
The news cycle is not our realities.
People rarely post about their good experiences, but we know that things go well most of the time and every now and then bad experiences pop up.
With that understood, then we should know that way more good happens in our world then bad....
Sadness comes from a lack of options. —Which is why it it feels like hopelessness.
Anxiety comes from many options but a lack of priorities.
