@AirbnbHelp I have sent a DM. I have spoken to 2 people already from Airbnb though who have said the host has done nothing wrong. The place for 4 people only has 3 pillows, the bed is not suitable for even a child to sleep on and the cooker is not working!

@AirbnbHelp Of course I want someone to look into it but the support I have received so far is non existent, just "I am sorry for any inconvenience". We are on a ten day holiday to Japan and so far have had 3 nights with no pillow and one of the 'beds' is a wafer thin pillow on the floor
