She was autistic & had complex mental & physical health needs.

Not a surprise to those in the know, but huge co-occurrence of hypermobility and fibromyalgia with neurodivergence.
Sadly, those who need to know because they can refer etc frequently don't.

@EastlandKate Many failures in phycistric hospitals simply because staff are not trained in the needs of thease people. .physiatrists have no idea how to treat people with autism learning disabilities. Thease places are forensic only

I hated being passed between consultants, it was clear in some cases that community, home treatment and ward consultants disagreed over diagnosis as well as treatment. It’s hard to try and form working relationships with three people

I don't understand how anyone seeing this and the multitude of other evidence can continue to engage in any practices "for Ofsted". If there is no benefit to learners, you are simply feeding a machine that is now utterly out of control. We need to collectively say no.

Will follow the lead on @EastlandKate and Jessie's family response to the coroner's inquiry. But whilst I am glad the coroner will be raising questions on why the 2021 Health and Social Care Committee haven't been implemented nationally, what about the local failures? RIP Jessie.
