Agreed. It’s important for employers to change this work “overload” culture. For me it started with setting boundaries for myself & not working 24/7. Then telling my colleagues it was okay for them to take time off too.

I’ve noticed #burnout is coming up as a topic more in newsrooms. If we don’t solve this as an industry, we will continue to lose incredible people we can’t afford to lose. However, my view has changed on solutions...
