How is a small village customers supposed to produce a document that was never made in the first place. Because of this genuine beneficiaries are stuck &the hole purpose of the scheme is getting defeated.

The Gov. Has clearly told banks to approve PM surya Yojna loans quickly so people can install solar without hassle but on the ground customers are running from pillar to post & the bank officer from SBI Fatehganj Pakshimi branch code 12753 keep delaying things...

& refusing to clear loans. The biggest hurdle? They are asking for a sale deed of the house before processing the loan but according to neda under 2Lack loans is collateral free. The problem is most houses in village have been there for generations & don't have any sale deed..
