That shift makes perfect sense. The only thing to keep in mind is that, even for infrastructure projects, success hinges on team execution and actual adoption rates. Many projects have excellent whitepapers but are slow to actually launch. How do you evaluate the aspect of "clearly defined practical use cases"?
