I recently heard Sheriff Callahan on the radio talking about pay raises for Grundy County Deputies. The Sheriff said the raises were 3% first year, year two 3.5%, year three 3.5%, year four 4.25%. Here is the arbitrators award you decide.

I think it’s safe to say we can all relate to bullying. We’ve all had that one boss who we really didn’t like. The Grundy County Sheriffs Department is in crisis. Bullying, intimidation, and Work place hostility is causing morale to dip to an all time low. Vote Briley in 2018.
