The biggest addition I'd love to see added would be more inclusion of the RLCS and the esports side of the game:

• Give me CS style pick'ems in-game with decal and sticker rewards rewards
• Player and team stickers of logos and signatures that you can stick on your car
• A dedicated esports stream that plays in-game like we have in Fortnite
• Pro player car presets in the options
Creator and pro item bundles as we had years ago

And finally a line of genuine communication where creators and pros can have conversations with passionate people like Devin to give feedback on how to improve and grow the game. Multiple perspectives is what's been needed for years now, on both the game itself and the esport.
