The Parlor City Warehouse, a joint venture of Midland LLC and the City of Bluffton, is getting a two-part expansion. The project will add 15,000 sq.ft. of interior office space & 4,500 sf to the outside of the building. Briner is seeing the expansion through from start to finish.
