And as the man will received 38 Lacs of retirement benefits, 40 Lacs Alimony is fair and reasonable.

An entire life gone for a marriage that lasted only 6 years where there are no children born. The woman has gone on taking money from this man for the last 34 years and now she gets a lumpsum of 40 Lacs for doing nothing while the man slogged his life to get this retirement benefits of 38 Lacs

Jharkhand High Court is passing such terrible orders that it is appalling. It is quite clear that marriage for them is a lifelong financial bondage for a husband. Whether the man won divorce on merits, whether the man is the victim, whether the man suffered for years - HE HAS TO PAY!!

Honestly , this is literally pushing people to the edge. I can only wonder what I would do if something like this is done to me.

This woman contributed nothing to that man's life. He would have been a free man in 40 years no matter what crime he committed. But he duly followed the law and look what the law does to him

नोएडा: प्रेमी के साथ सेक्टर 49 के जुडिओ शोरूम में खरीदारी करने गई महिला को पति ने दिल्ली से पीछा कर पकड़ लिया। गुस्से में महिला को धुनना शुरू कर दिया। महिला के चेहरे समेत शरीर पर कई जगह चोटे आईं।

मौके पर 200-300 लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। हंगामा होता देख शोरूम के सामने वाहन रोककर भी लोग खड़े हो गए। यह देख प्रेमी भीड़ के बीच भाग खड़ा हुआ। लोगों ने पति को मारपीट करने से रोका। जानकारी होने पर पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंच गई। पुलिस महिला और पति को थाने ले गई। महिला ने पति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया।

महिला के भावुक होकर मदद मांगने पर लोगों ने पति को रोका। पति ने लोगों से अभद्रता की तो लोगों ने पति को धुन दिया। उसको पुलिस के हवाले किया। वीडियो में भीड़ शोरूम के बाहर एक व्यक्ति को पीटती दिख रही है। पुलिस वीडियो की जांच कर रही है।

इन्होंने कभी नहीं कहा कि शादी हो चुकी है और बच्चे भी हैं। जिस रूम में रहती थीं, उस महिला तक को इसकी खबर नहीं लगी कि ये शादीशुदा और एक बच्चे की मां है।
