.@AmazonHelp Amazon really needs to tell their drivers to knock. I have security cameras to prove they’re not knocking so if something gets stolen you’re sending a replacement.

@AmazonHelp If you read back on the thread you can see what it is. Drivers are NOT knocking. Have security cameras to prove it. If something gets stolen, it will be replaced. The order I just received a few minutes ago was delivered 90 minutes before delivery timeframe. Driver didn’t knock.

@Vocare88 @AmazonHelp I live in a multiunit housing complex. I can’t wait that long unfortunately, especially when I’ve caught the 12 year old kid from next door “moving my way” as soon as the delivery person gets back in the truck. Amazon Delivery in my area has some major problems.
