By virtue of their $11B voucher coupon for private school tuition, they violated multiple RPT principles.

They continue to grow ⬆️ government while sitting on Abbott’s lap to win favor.

Regarding social issues, do you thinks it’s odd how Republican education activists working for the oligarchy never mention SB 123 (SEL/CASEL bill) signed by Abbott (87th) and authored by two Democrats from Dallas?

That bill brought us government scoring of character traits through social emotional learning standards created by the @caselorg framework.

DEI driver and Dallas ISD trustee Byron Sanders was listed on Mike Morath’s application to be the gubernatorial appointment as TEA Commissioner.

Morath has been advocating for these formal SEL standards (TEKS) since he was a trustee in Dallas ISD. @TXSBOE

This is another step in the shift away from academic knowledge to non-cognitive skills and changing attitudes, values, beliefs, and behaviors.

It was largely written and lobbied for by @Commit2Dallas and @williamstodd78 and his Texas Impact Network.

These were not “unintended consequences” and instead of having Morath on the hot seat, he sent one of his TEA minions, Amy Copeland.
