@jennyfromthewr1 I listen to writing podcasts - there are lots online, from writing craft to marketing. I find myself so busy thinking about what's being said, my mind clears of other stuff and I drift off.

@LukeWritesCrime Sorry to hear this -hope you feel better. Speak to your supervisors - they'll be supportive, I'm sure. Try to reframe the viva as the only chance you'll get to discuss your work with 2 people who've actually read it! You'll pass with corrections - everyone does!
