When is there going to be an end to the short supply of menopausal hormone therapy patches?! Zoom pharmacy said they have no 50 or 100 patches, so I asked if they could give me 25 - & I’d just stick a couple on at a time - they said it will cost me $50 for one month’s supply!

It was cloudy by the time I went to look at the #auroraaustralis on Wellington’s south coast last night, but it was still beautiful to see dancing light beaming through the clouds and sea mist. The air was charged with sea spray and excitement.

New age category and I come first woman! Whoop! Whoop! What a way to see in my fifties! I loved running 50km over the hills of Welly yesterday, starting at 5am in a conga line of head torches snaking our way on the trails of Makara for the first 18km! 1,516m elev. gain all up!
