For example, raise 500M from family farms, spend 500M (ish) on foreign farmers - no economic activity or benefit generated domestically.

@Jikkyleaks @zoeharcombe You're sort of right but in my experience most people didn't feel at all coerced at the time. They happily rolled up and took it. They use the word 'coercion' afterwards to justify their poor choice. Of course there are the genuine cases where it wasn't wanted but WAS coerced.
