Really disappointed with @Debenhams I bought size 7 shoes they arrived I tried on & they are 2 sizes smaller. 7 UK/40 labeled submitted a return & they want to charge me the postage! if I ordered the wrong size/ changed my mind I would happily pay postag But they insist I pay!

disappointed at the @BigEasyLondon in CG. 40th bday. They made a small adjustment to the bill as a gesture but it’s not about that, we wanted a good meal & good service & prepared to pay for it. Restaurants need 2 pick up their game - I want a good night out, like it once was. 😞
