Leg pressed a PR last week of 270lbs (12 reps), more than I officially weigh. Today, I managed 10 reps of 290lbs, breaking my PR! I’ve also lost 20lbs 🥳 after everything these last couple of years, I’m trying to find time to better myself 💪🏼
