Donna, TX: A family has filed a lawsuit against the federal government following a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation at their residence.

The legal action questions whether ICE agents had proper authorization to enter the private property.

Footage from the incident shows ICE personnel climbing over a fence into the family's backyard on January 9, around 7 a.m.

The complaint states that Humberto Garcia noticed unmarked trucks outside the home he shares with his three sisters Andrea, Anna, and a minor referred to as L.G. along with their parents.

The lawsuit notes that the parents are noncitizens who were actively pursuing lawful permanent resident status at the time.

If you are mad about this, you better not claim to be a Christian. Jesus would not care about a child’s legal status. He would want that child to have food, water, shelter, and access to healthcare.

Demanding to see a child’s papers to allow them into daycare is not “Christian.” So if you are against this please stop claiming to be one.
