@USAA_help It took six hours of waiting yesterday, and another six hours today, but I finally connected with someone in the Fraud department who fixed the issue. I used to work in call center logistics and forecasting. This should not have taken so long.

So far I’ve been trying to reach them for 11 hours in the last two days—kept on-hold/in-queue for at least 99% of the time. It’s scary. I’ve never experienced this from @usaa/@usaa_help before. 20-year member.

@JTTriguero @JesseKellyDC I’m going to have to do that too. I’ve never had to use another bank besides @usaa, but I can’t have this happen again. If my parents were Marines, is NFCU an option for me?
@clbryant1981@CynicalMajor@USAA@USAA_help I’ve been a @usaa member for about 20-25 years and have never had another bank, but I’m seeing the wisdom in opening an account with another bank, to prevent this mess from happening again.
After six hours waiting yesterday (the system boots you from the call queue after 90 min and you have to start all over), I’ve now been on hold for over an hour again today. @usaa@USAA_help
Completely locked out of @USAA website and can’t use my accounts/cards until they call me back… which was supposed to be three hours ago. #holdtimefromhell
@DenaJarawr I stopped buying consoles after this one. I still have my GameCube, N64 and SNES. Bought that GameCube in Nashville for $26, plus both Metroid games for $6 and $12.
