To end our sports week 2025, we were joined on the outdoor pitches by Acors, Nursery, Reception, years 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and parents for a whole school dance off! Our winners this year were Oak Class!!! Thank you for all of your support during this year's sports week! #sportsweek
The year 5&6s were also determined to show that they had what it takes to complete the Dr Kershaws Eid run in the afternoon! Well done to all of the children who took part and raised lots of sponsorship money for such a great organisation! #sportweek
After the year 1&2s, it was the year 3&4s turn to take on the Dr Kershaws Eid Run! As the temperature started to rise, the children were even more determined to show their strength. We were even joined on the start line by the mayor! #sportsweek
Sports week day 5! The charity Eid Run dominated our final day of sport week and what an event it was! Our year 1&2 raised money for Dr Kershaws and Broadfield and took on the challenge of running a lap of alexandra park in their Eid run head bands! #sportsweek
To finish off day 4, our year 1&2s took on there parents in some sports days races! We had a record number of parents attend this event. 62!!! I wonder is we can break that new record tomorrow afternoon... πππΊ#sportsweek
Our year 5&6s then made their way to Alexandra Park to take part in our Broadfield park run. Incredibly, some children managed to complete 4 laps in the testing heat! #sportsweek
