After reading all these, I hope people realize why @Morpho left Aave and set up the system as it is:
* Nothing (risks, params) for the protocol to manage.
* Outsource "products" to vaults (and monarch)
* Vaults charges performance fees and will be held responsible for their risk management
* Protocol controls fee switch only
* Morpho Association spends most resources building infra, SDKs, data pipelines for products on top of Morpho.
* Morpho Association doesn't even bother setting up a vault to earn some easy money.
If a protocol comes with some "risk management" staking game, like an insurance fund, it can no longer be separated clearly with the product.
That's the power of an isolated protocol as infrastructure.
It has its flaws, but when it comes to politics, Morpho is the least dirty table you wanna join.
