Ecom brands: I'm offering FREE full white-glove customer support management for 5 brands doing at least 3,000 tickets per month.
We will manage EVERY single ticket, beat your current refund rates and CSAT scores.
How? We don't use Gorgias, Zendesk, or a team of cheap VA's. We use our own software that we use with 10 other ecom brands,
Done for you CS so you can focus on scaling.
Comment CS and we'll talk more...
What a 15-person ecom support team actually runs you:
- Salaries, about $22k
- Gorgias, about $2k
- A manager and QA to keep replies consistent, $6k
- Retraining every time someone quits.
Then the part nobody puts on the spreadsheet: refunds and lost repeat orders from slow replies.
Call it $360k a year to tell people where their order is...
i build AI support for ecom brands that resolves instead of deflects. one of my clients sits at 83% resolution.
if your support looks clean on paper but churn says otherwise, my DMs are open
so before you screenshot that number for the team chat, ask two things.
did the customer's problem actually get solved. did they come back three days later asking again.
that's the real scoreboard.
i'm hiring a fashion/apparel creative strategist, $3k - $5k / month + a 5% creative royalty on the ads you brief, uncapped.
we make meta creative for some of the biggest names in the streetwear, y2k, and apparel game.
$1k referral reward.

Amex just blocked me from getting 200k bonus points after I spent $13k of their $15k welcome offer requirement b/c they put my account under "review" 5 days before the deadline (tonight), and haven't unfrozen it yet @AmexBusiness
@DTCMidas@DTCMidas At what point is it worth it to actually build this type of congruency funnel out vs one catch all funnel? You need to be doing serious volume for this to make sense, or else you don't know what working, right? Thanks man.
Building a $100k/mo Brand - Day 24
The same non-performing ad group took all the spend today again...
no idea why META is spending 70% of budget on an ad group that has 2x the CPA as the other ad groups... 3 DAYS in a row.
Turrned it off. Should perform better tomorrow.
@C_Shelefontiuk thank you Connor. Finding those B players to turn into A players for creative strategy is tough but part of the process - but it means something is going right at least. soon... for now just need to keep grinding ads. lfg
