Following this morning's incident, BirdLife Malta reiterates its call on PM @RobertAbela_MT to declare #QawraPoint as a no-hunting zone. This is an important area for birds flying in and out of Salina Nature Reserve, close to Qawra residential area and a swimming zone.

@Paws2RescueUK Here in the UK if a chained dog has shelter, water & food, no law has been broken and the dog cannot be rescued. I believed this was the same in most European countries. I'm glad you took him though!
