@itz_stk10 One piece villains in the main series are carried by Doffy and Big Mom. (Still on Egghead at the moment) By far the best villains overall amongst the big 3 but Bleach has more villains that go from good to Aizen levels so I give it to Bleach

Bleach and One Piece didn't forget that it's villains are evil. The best I would say come out of Bleach.
